Brian Bacher brings 27 years of bakery and café industry experience, progressing from hands-on operations to ownership of multiple locations. He later transitioned into business advisory and brokerage and now has more than eight years of experience helping owners and buyers evaluate businesses, prepare for transactions and navigate important decisions.
Brian founded and operated a three-location bakery and café company. His experience includes retail, wholesale and production operations; payroll and scheduling responsibility; purchasing and vendor negotiation; cash-flow planning; budgeting; break-even analysis; and capital allocation. He serves advisory clients regardless of location and brokerage clients throughout California.
